Courtney Nelson

I am proud to be a Colorado native. My family came to Eastern Colorado in the late 1800’s and slowly moved towards Denver. I left Colorado to attend college completing my Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations. Before returning to Colorado, I worked in public relations in the Silicon Valley and as a fire fighter/EMT for the California Department of Forestry, where I met my husband Joe. We have been back in Colorado for over 15 years where I work as a licensed real estate broker.

Although real estate doesn’t provide the same adrenaline rush as fire fighting I do treat it as a public service and am very passionate about the service my clients receive. My clients are my “why.”

I passionately believe real estate is one of the best ways to create personal wealth and remains one of the safest investments one can make. Joe and I have owned 3 homes and currently own 2 investment properties. We have seen first hand the benefits of owning real estate and how it contributes to your overall portfolio.

In my free time I love gardening, cooking, being a wife and mother of two beautiful children and all things fitness! True to being a Colorado native, I am passionate about exploring our wonderful state and enjoy camping and fly fishing.
